Hierarchy Management Decision making logics U cannot grow into the organisation. Ur legs will be pulled down by management. Spoils carrier if u don't work as they expect. I need to learn product (which took atleast 100 days to understand) and expects u to get it done by 30 days HR n changing HR policies Even Quality assurance team is not manageable. Only person decides on his own perceptions and management turns their heads on those. You cannot grow over there in any role, not as BA not as QA not as developers. U will lose your carrier progress in here since domain is not acceptable by any other company for role change
