This is not a company its worst than even a distributor firm.

Dislikes

There is no company culture, Nothing to learn, Simply company cheats employees, Trade Partners and customers.Neither any rules nor any regulations.Even company believes in cheating with the fixed salaries and compensations. Over all it's a fraud company run by frauds.

Employee friendly company. Yong and dinamic managing director, sharing experiences to eachother. All are allowed to give suggestions & feedback to the management. Healping eachother. Incentives, awards, appraisals on time. All sefty precautions provided by the company for COVID19.

Dislikes

Backend team not well skilled. Annual increament is pending.

It is good experience work with cuckoo appliances it's a south Korean brand, i have more challenge to expand business and aware to consumers about brand with our technology.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
