Company thinks employees means donkeys, where they cut salary for not coming to office and then expect us to do overtime without any extra pay, above that, if we have to work for company & attend calls and convert them on unpaid leaves too, and the most joking part is, that sales is not counted in after doing all the above things.

...eling time is too much as the plant is very much far (50km) away from Ahmedabad. Salary offered is too low. There is no policy for appraisal, promotion and mediclaim. Management is fully self centred.

Worst culture. Management thinks the employees are donkey. No employee benefits at all. No fix job timings, no appraisal, no mediclaim, no leaves, no work ethics. Pathetic atmosphere of the organisation. There are no written policies and the rules can be changed anytime based on the mood of management. The company is too far from Ahmedabad (50 kms). This will take 2.5 hours per day for to and fro.

General management is good. You can develop various skills working there.

Dislikes

The higher management has no sense of how to talk to employees, people are always over burdened no matter which department they are in.
