No extra benefits other than salary. And India office treats employees as liability rather than asset, cost cutting is openly visible in terms of operations. Even getting an I'd card has a waiting period so that it can be clubbed with new joiners.

I get to work with the latest technologies and equipment that are available out there, I now work on multiple projects in each day, which will help me in picking up various business needs from customers. Cubic has peoples from different cultural background, this helps me to learn, think and understand different perspectives.

Compensation could be better from my point of view. The probation period is a mandatory 6 months here, which is a bit high in my opinion.

Such a pathetic organisation even though it’s an product based still the politics in to projects are very bad and also this organisation has a team lead name Sai Akhilesh he makes employees treat like shit and removes from the projects if we answer him on face

Nothing to rate good about Cubic except Work balance

Cubic will do micro management and lot of politics, wont recognize actual talented fellow, most of them works at Cubic are junk guys and to from Cyient company, these are contractors all are junk fellows don't have knowledge at all. Simply manage with politics that cubic supports. Here Engineering Director and Some Managers are very worste

Very less salary increment. HR’s do not response properly, lack of communication between upper management and team members. Outsourcing employees are having zero knowledge and lack of professionalism.
