I don't see any good signs there.

Dislikes

It is a family-based company. There is no procedure to work there. It looks like there's a provision store there. There is no set time for work. There is a lot of abuse of employment there, from the top down. You won't find any quality product there. There is no proper certification, everything is based on a lie.
