Cubic provides best work life balance. It’s a very good platform for learning new things. People are friendly and helpful.

There are no negative points. Only advise is , Company Should make a plan to work on Pay and hikes process as it can be better than what it is currently.

Indian Management finance, they are not efficient and often sets unreasonably high expectations for deliverables despite having a minimal staff and will never receive support from the management as all the senior managers who lack in subject knowledge in the processes they are responsible for. This leads to work pressure for staff.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
