Every employee who currently works here will be regretting joining this toxic company. Management is very unsupportive no matter what problems you have they not even respond. HR team is the worst. Too much office politics. CEO expects employees to be available 24/7 and work even on weekends and attend meetings. No professional boundaries at all he will interfere too much in your personal issues. No hikes, no promotions, no cab facility. Company will provide very less salary, very less hike, make you work for long hours without breaks, even make you skip lunch break. If you want to lose your mental health and physical, this toxic company is the perfect place for it. Do yourself a favour and keep looking for other jobs rather than joining this company.

...ich is highly unacceptable 4. There is no positive or supportive work culture 5. They extract work from you till you get drained and no compensation is paid properly. 6. The workplace is not conducive to peaceful work and employees feel financially trapped.

...ot clear the client round, they will be directly terminated without our concern. After the termination, they will not pay the amount based on how many days you have worked on, they will pay half of it. If you question it they will give unrelated answers. They even order you to work extra hours and on Saturday aswell. Overall, this company,the CEO are very unproffesional and has no workculture, its a waste of time to join in this company.
