Everything is very transparent like it doesn't matter what designation are you working,you are free to ask top management in same platform. Leave policy is good here, increment happens every year minimum 10 to 12 percent of gross salary ,There is a Annual bonus related to performance which is minimum of your one gross salary equals to.

Favouritism is very much here in the organisation like everywhere.

Cannot expect very technical solution to the problems, therefore you are tension free.

The thing that I dislike here is the manager or upper management does not support you to grow. Also the CHRO and VP of HR department shows favouritism towards some of their employees

Everything. Bs chamcha giri chalti hai yaha baki kam se Lena Dena ni.. mar b jaoge tb b Shukla kahega .ye kam 10 tk krna tha..late ku hue. 7 din kam krwakr bhi tm late rahoge .. shift bolege 9 hours bt 11 hours k bad bhi tm slow ho..
