Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

People around you are amazing and helpful, Bunch of intelligent people will help you to learn new things and develop your analytics understanding. HR team is really good and helpful.

Dislikes

Cafeteria Hygiene, Washroom Tailgating, office Hygiene, Poor Leave policy, WFH for only selected people and biased in giving them. Give Priority to some People who are close to area manager they have permanent WFH for those people no security concerns.

Dislikes

Management is not good, leaves policies, poor Infrastructure, micro management. Management give priorities to their family friends and girls for everything

Was working in a manufacturing industry so you cannot imagine how happy I was to join an IT company even as an intern. And the role offered was good for me, learnt power BI and sql during the period. And now I am working as a full time employee in an IT company.
