Excellent work environment and culture. Teams coordination and work management is effective. Staff in the field cater for themselves and sought their own accommodation in the sites. Company policies are a bit unfair by not sorting field accommodation and respond to issues raised on time

Dislikes

There is low salary payment and delay in paying the staff on time. No job training given to the staff before they commence work

As a Heidelberg Group is Very Nice and Strong Financial Company. I joined as a Sr. Engineer and came out as Dy.Manager - Projects. As usual every company has work politics here which need to face.
