Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

This organisation is an NGO, but providing course support to the franchisee. The best package is in para medical course especially the DMLT course. Other courses are also available. Fashion design, interior design, computer course etc.

Dislikes

The organisation is honest in its duty, but few franchise do not coming upto the mark, they might be something problems to arrange quality faculties etc. However we are working on it so that we may provide national standard to the students.
