Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very bad company they are not think about employee if you have a sale in a month will be survive your own job otherwise you will be fire not think about your problem company is very micro monitoring little little things environment is very suffocated VERY TERRIBLE COMPANY No leaves No PF No Mediclaim No Increment Not growth CTC IMPEX (INDIA) PVT LTD company
