Overall its a healthy place to work. But for people we are passinate about learning and new roles and responsibilites, must look for something else

Dislikes

They are using Redundant system and very old technology platform. Its difficult to work in such old platform with new fast world.

Top management is very uncooperative and supressing talented staff. No growth opportunities n Treasury controls the whole bank.. No access rights for good staff.. Good staff moving out continuously..
