There is no infrastructure, the HR is horrible knows nothing ,they don’t have appraisal cycles. So when joining consider not getting a raise in the future even if they make you do hell lot of work. Seriously they’ll make you work like anything and won’t even give the bare minimum perks. You go ask HR ..she’ll always responds as I don’t know. There is no work culture honestly here. Terrible company

Nothing is great....no job security..it's a china toy....whatever hardwork you do they will sending you home before appraisal Highly recommending not to join and don't ruin your career

Salary, lots of favoritism management, location area, no cabs, food is bad, infrastructure, carrom boards which is kept in canteen is worst, no parties even not a single in a year, no outing.

So far i'm really grateful to be a part of this organization,even in times like this when other companies have started layoffs this company have been supporting us financially as well as with the job security, everyone is quite supportive as well as friendly,Salary was never delayed even in this tough condition we get our salary on time every month. Its been quite a good experience so far.

Dislikes

The only thing to dislike here is the work culture,we're working 10+ hours everyday even though our working hours conclude of 9 hours but the thing is that overtime is not even compensated for us.

there is no job security, without notice they did the layoff once the lockdown start. terrible management but company policies are good.

Team leader has terrible attitude. he doesn't have manners. he is the only one person doing politics among members. he wont allow others to grow. he is stopping to get benefit from hire management. he wont even allow as to go to washroom.
