...ed to be laid off during the most critical and unprecedented time of the decade. Neither any salary cut was introduced for any section of the employees. If we talk about the company policies, yes they are well off with any other most reputed and employee friendly organization, clear as crystal.

...id level meritocratically is very less or non existent in India at this moment. Appraisal is given on the basis of your current salary and not on the basis of your performance, if your manager is a so called non technical and bossy.

Typical service based company hierarchy, culture and benefits. though you will work on products, but you will feel like working in a service based company. tight agile dev processes with lots of continuous meetings which consumes most of your day. mid management needs some management overhaul to handle teams properly which is lacking. the company seeks your feedback, however actual action points remain unattended. same old hr policies which needs to be changed with changing times company is bit hesitant to invest on employee upskilling and so there will be very less outside training programs, only product related trainings are given health insurance and the tpa are really bad with less maternity benefits company is manager friendly, not employee friendly

Leave and other benefits are good

Dislikes

Pay is veeeereyyy less. That think they offer more as per other company which is not and pay is less as per exp and they also give single digit increment which again they think that it is very high. Do not have any benefits as product based company. Looks worst than service based. Low pay and politics Less growth and demotivated enviornment
