Its a wonderful organisation to work with and thats the reason I spent a decade in the same company as I have been one of the most satisfactory employee of CSC India Pvt.ltd. The company adopts latest technologies and gives opportunity to travel abroad specially to US and UK .Though onsite opportunities mostly based on the project you are working with and your performance plus client location .I got my B1 Visa very quickly and travelled to US within the first year of my joining the organisation . I enjoy working in my current company and most of my colleagues are quite very intelligent and efficient .

Dislikes

Compensation can be an area of bit disappointment and growth is bit slow .We really need to put a lot of efforts to be visible .

In Csc they are two culture in Csc, first is bps and second its IT Culture, and bps part is poor and IT part is good, because they are good benefit for IT culture department. just example . NIGHT ALLOWANCE GIVEN TO BPS EMPLOYEE - 125 RS/ PER DAY. BUT IT DEPARTMENT ITS GIVEN - 350 RS/- PER DAY. even i like IT industry in csc.

Dislikes

Dislike no job satisfaction, no growth opportunity, no job security no any extra training given to your skills required filed, like SQL , SAS , etc. even in work not good every work is related again life policy.
