Nothing at all!! No one is serious about their work not even management. Everyone taking frequent breaks of 20 to 30 min 4-5 times a day. I will never suggest anyone to work with CRYSTAL VOXX "Ever".

... from management. They don't know how to respect. Entire management is liar. Won't give you salary on time.

It has got very toxic and bad culture. I would never recommend or refer someone to work here. Upper management clearly plays bad politics and if you are good, talented and worthy employee; they would even play more with you.

Crystal Voxx has flexible timings so It was beneficial and I was able to manage my work life and personal life as well. They have good leave policy. Also festive celebrations at CrystalVoxx are good.

Dislikes

There's no job security. They fire or terminate anyone they don't like even if you give your 100% there's no value of your work and dedication. It's like you're handling everything and doing all the work to achieve your goals and next thing you know you're getting fired (without notice). That's so depressing for a person who's managing everything on their own. I couldn't sleep for many nights due to this incident. I felt helpless and depressed. No one should be treated like this

Working there is awesome. The Director is an amazing human being he always cares about his employees. If he knows his employee is right he will stand for them... Loved the environment over there felt like home over there..

Manager and few of employees plays politics over there which leads other people to leave the job forcefully... Rest everything is amazing u will love working over there...
