I didn't like anything there. The environment is so suffocating. There is no growth as well in terms of career. I had been there for 5 months and it was very difficult for me to continue.

Great work environment. Working hours are perfect. Salary on last working day of the month. We have open door policy. All our management team are very approachable. Lots of opportunities to grow and make your career. Thank you Crystal.

Got a good appraisal but it was not what I was expecting this year.

company supports nothing. No compensation. We are completing shifts and weekly offs were canceled and incentive was cut off to 50% as well. After that only 1 weekly off while I was hired for two. Leave policy does not make sense. You cannot take four week offs together it will marked as your PL and rest will be LWP. This lockdown hey call employees and inform from tomorrow you are on LWP. No email nothing. Pathetic management even HR head behaves idiotic. No growth opportunities and no salary increment even there was no covid situation. NEVER APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY.

... for rest of your career you will be working like that only. No job security. No compensation and benefits. Worst Work culture. No interaction between employees and management. they ask to do whatever they can without giving any credit for that. Employee centric = Zero Only work to cover their loses and gain profit.

I spent almost a year in crystal travel. Hardly ever had any issues other than salary delays. Don't expect to last long in the company if you don't perform. My team leader was good and supportive and I don't know about other team leaders. I had a good time in crystal.

Salary delays. You see new faces every 2 months cuz people are thrown out due to below expected performance.
