Fewer leaves. well these things usually very upon the requirements of the organization but i still feel there should be some add-on in leaves.

Cryptograph technologies offer many resources to learn and upskill ourselves. No salary deductions at the time of covid though hike were not much satisfactory during this time. Educated and well - mannered staff. positive and motivated work culture. Great work life balance because of flexible timings. No work burden but we need to complete our targets of every month which are often achievable. Salary is quite high in comparison to several other companies of this level.

No healthy-related activities. No policy for parental insurances.

Salary will never come on time and they will not pick your call. Forget about the incentives. Full and final sattlement will take more than 100 days. 8

...ork with Cryptograph. They treat employee as a beggar so no point of any growth. I didn't get my full salary and every month I had to face issue in salary. Now I have switched my payroll to different vendor and I got rid of them.
