Product is value for money and is the only asset they have....

Dislikes

... and not an asset... They deduct minimum guaranteed income of an employee, I. E., salary every month, whenever sale keeps coming down and never pay back the deducted salaries, but keep promising to pay back.

Company didn't support many of the employees in current situation of covid 19. There are many whom they laid off and employees lost their jobs. They didn't even paid proper salaries to all from March 2020. Company didn't even paid the proper f &f amounts to the one whom they have laid off. The experience was patethic with the organisation.

Top level management is good

Dislikes

There is no proper commitment there is no transparency communication from top level to low level management and they are not dedicated at trade partners feedback product feedback market feedback even sometimes acts like shop not like a company there is no policy and the field all times while taking a prompt action I didn't even seen this simply handover the business to state head if he is good then everything will be good if he is bad then everything will be bad even in this case also there is no proper involvement of the company
