Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like.

Dislikes

All things are very bad. The company is in house in a colony. Low revenue of the company. Hiring with fraud. They will tell you that you are senior person and junior and other will work same. The company is completely depend on pakistan based worker in US. He works as plumber there and that's the work company has India for US. Highly recommend to not join this company because they will hire you and will fire you within 2 or 3 months based on skill. Even your skill is good.
