I liked the clients with whom i have worked.

Dislikes

...e the management and HR behaviour...they will not follow the rules as legally...moreover they will not pay salaries once you drop paper....so becareful when you are in notice period...HR Head Amit is very worst in this company...my suggestion don't prefer this company...Thanks.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
