...ike in salaries.Instead half salaries was deducted when business was doing well.Senior management expects alot in petty salary provided.Just a thank you note is given even if someone drives exceptional results and work.In the pandemic is even worse everyone is saving their position and competing among themselves for no reason. Just don't put too much pressure on your employees,they are already going through alot due to pandemic. Atleast do something for your employees.Employees are going out of their way to make guest experience wonderful.Famous saying is"if you take care of your employees(assets),they will take care of your guest."

They have asked me to either resign or they will terminate me. No salary since April, 2020.

...How the staff will servive they R least bothered. They should have offered 50% Salary to staff for their survival.

Late increment, duty hours, salary, and I leave company before 15 month but still not got FNF.!

If one is from hospitality background and want to have a great place to work -Crowne plaza mayur vihar is the best place. Staffs are super friendly and highly professional. All of the staffs are very grounded and helpful in manner.

Salary offered can be better. Work schedule can be better.

If Someone Ask Me What I dislike about crown plaza Mayur Vihar I have N number of things . Work Timings By Hr- 9 hrs But work time by our department - 14 hrs are so less. Seniors overe there have monopoly and if someone doesnt agree to their things then they will make the hell out of the things . So toxic environment. Even if you complaint about any senior in Hr Or to Your manager they will just ignore it like you dont exist. Even the Hr are like we have set the rules and we cant interfere in Your departmental issues . You cry,crib or even die they dont care . Dm's in the front office are soo soo arrogant that they want You to just follow them and every one wants their things to be followed you know and if you dont then see what happens to you . No proper sops are being maintained everyone have their own sops and they are so stick to their notions that every senior will tell you different way of workings making a fuss everytime . they just leave the work on you and will leave
