1). Alot of perks align with me, especially fully remote work culture 2). Projects are great, mainly the data team is super strong with lots of exposure within the financial sector in the domain of consulting. 3). Overall work life balance is great given the fact that things are organized and people here understand well. 4). 1). Being Super honest, no company is perfect, with this being said the opportunity to have a better pay structure would really mean a lot in terms of the productivity. Pay isn't bad but can have an improvement to make it really competitive in today's market. 2). The chance to fine tune our career goals are not that polished. Things are being set in place yet need time to mature and refine for better transparency.

1. Biased nature of US Counterparts 2. No job Security 3. Behaviour towards Indian employees is like a slave 4. Micromanagement 5. If the manager gets offended because you put forward your point, you can be asked to leave the firm straightaway and you will not get any support from India’s MD. 6. You will be asked to work on weekdays because of client work. If you don’t work for any reason, you will get an e-mail. 7. Senior Manager and Partner are unawares of Resource Utilisation concept. 8. They need people from India who will only say - Yes/OK, just like puppets. No arguments, no suggestions.
