Dislikes

Career growth for experienced people is less as we need to clear all the bench marks maintained, and for further growth we even need to clear the exams. Learning as is conserned is not much because there is a certain procedure and we need to work according to it. For Senior Associates there is not much opportunity for International Tours.

Good company.. Work culture is good, as you will have lot of fresher's joining the company, who will be enthusiastic and you too will feel enthusiastic working. Peers will help you whenever you require their assistance. Company has been expanding a lot.
