Worst company ever I have seen. Its just a startup with no road map. No leadership qualities in Cropdata Management. No corporate culture. No growth for a employee, just they will use your talent. Company and its Management can terminate you without any information. Hopeless organisation with Hopeless mind set. Serving since from last year with daily extra hours. Worts of the worst HR Policies

no sallary totaly fraud company dont ever try to go there they will not pay you they running scam of PF most of the employe not got there pf account since the joined but PF is getting deducted from there account lots of politics playing

...tment is circus and the HR head is main clown. Always belittling the employees. The management talks in crores but doesn't have a single penny to pay their employees. They will tell you to give them a cheque of 1 lakhs, so they can keep you working without pay keeping your cheque against you as hostage.
