... Management is not caring about employee activities, dedication and achievement. In the recruitment system they are choosing unskilled people with high salary. They don't have any proper planning to recruiting any post. Even for final settlement payment system becomes very indiscipline way. Newly they have start a new system for resigned employee, that is held up the 2 months regular running salary of resigned employee. Means If any one submit the resign on 20th of December, they held up full salary of December and also January 20 days salary. All together 50 days they are held up and added with final payment. Final payment is not providing on last working day. They are playing with resigned employee for payment. They don't care about employee sadness. Mostly we are working for month end salary, we have had some regular expenditure which we have to paid to our dues. Management is not justifying any thing, they believe any thing they listen.

Dislikes

Terminating the employee. Recruitment unskilled employee. Misguiding owner by Audit department. Back fighter. Injustice. Payment system of resigned employee.
