... there was drastic change in the company. Company suffered from economic crisis. Always late salary. Employee started leaving. Strict notice period. No salary in notice period. It's more than 8 months still didn't get 3 months pending salary. Now Company is focused on resources based. Just taking payment from client and doing project partially due to taking too much project and less no of employees.

Dislikes

CEO is sort tempered. Company works like dictatorship. Changes rules and regulations abruptly.

working as a reactjs developer has been an exciting and dynamic experience The role enhances me to upgrade my technical skills

Dislikes

working remotely is a challenge but the team and the management made it flexible while every project has its own challenge ,overcoming through problem solving and collaboration makes the journey worthwhile

Likes

Working in CronJ is a good opportunity. Pros include job security, employee benefits like healthcare, professional and skill development assistance and friendly culture. Work culture treats everyone equally irrespective of age or position. Work-life balance is great here. Excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. WFH facilities and work-life balance is the key and most important Cronj puts a lot of trust in employees. Management is good and cooperative. Most important, mentors listen to the employees and does try their best to resolve the issues.

Likes

I have personally experienced a lot of developing opportunities at CronJ. Firstly, I have experienced practical implementation of advanced technologies like AI and Data Analytics. Secondly, we have got the benefit of working from home during the entire pandemic which shows their concern for us. Thirdly, I got really good guidance from my seniors and help in each step where I reached a dead end. There are a lot of talk about but you will surely have an amazing experience if you work here.

I have faced no issues as such so far. Just missing the office environment.
