Targets are Heavy mostly we have to depend on wholesellers with Price Support from company. Work culture and pressure heavy. Month end 5 days have to spend time till 12pm in office for closure

Promotions pattern are v much lengthy.. do whatever good work but finally your superior are must be to address the things for next level, but there's a hige politics.. in the cabin everything superb but out of cabin it's terrible In terms of growth prospects..

1. Work culture, especially for SALES (late night working, some days upto 1 AM) 2. Only concerned about numbers (sales), no interest in solving channel partners problem. 3. Dumping issue 4. Sunday working (month end) , All saturday working
