Dislikes

Nepotism, Role based salary rather than talent or capability based. Highly disoriented HR policies, unrealistic goal setting, revising targets if one nears by, horrendous cafeteria and infrastructure facilities, multi-level approvals for small investments.

Very good company for the freshers to learn the end to end Salesforce technology

Dislikes

Sometimes you will sit on the bench for long time. There no much projects. Being a developer you have to work as tester, Business analyst, manager. Sometimes it becomes hectic but same time it is opportunity to learn.

I recommend not to join the CRMIT Organization because there is no job security.

Dislikes

Managers itself don't know what they want to do, they just pass the ball and dusting their hands. Even HR is not supportive, there is no work life balance. If you want to leave the company also they will not provide proper documents on time they will make you run 2 to 3 times. Attend interview take offer letter and try for another company that is the best choice.

The work life balance has had a reputation of being exemplary that the most firms out there. Collaboration of work with the team. Autonomy, variety, Organization Culture, Challenge, Helping hand to others. Many such things about CRMIT that cannot be framed in just words...…!!

There is nothing I dislike about my Company, working for CRMIT has allowed me improve my skills & learn new tasks I'm gratefully for those opportunities.

Nice company to start career. My overall experience is below average.

Dislikes

Benifits and policies are not okay. No proper employees hierarchy. Have to communicate single person for everything. Unless employees have not resigned Managers are spreading rumors about it. Some managers are not qualified for their positions. Fully crowded washrooms. No good IT equipments. Official Language is not English. I had horrible experience with my probation period and my job confirmation. Because of HRs drama. One unprofessional manager harasses his co-workers by insulting them. According to him whatever employees are contributing for projects/company is just nothing. He thinks his 8 year old son can perform better than his co-workers. I suggest HR team to hire this kid.
