Salary structure is very poor, lot of deductions. No leaves given except for 1 paid leave per month. You don't go they deduct salary which is fine, but also you need to answer them, get your leave approved. Too much superfluous drama.

It is a good place for freshers to obtain skill development and overall growth in learning.

Dislikes

No job security, with limited people having annual increment, no bonus, they cut peoples salary in the name of emploibility bonus, no medical leaves, no maternity leaves.

There are numerous: 1. Rigid Management 2.Salary is deducted as per managements convinenece. 3. Every poor work environment and a lot of politics. 4. Deserving candidates never get opportunities only favourites do. 5. Desk job And many more problems and issues.

Nothing very unprofessional company. Sheetal is a worst person in the company, Anindita Das is also a very rude person who has the nature of back strapping. She complained against me to the director to reject me. 98% of the ladies wear short frocks to attract the boss no formal dress code. Mr Rajesh Agarwal is also a dirty person who played dirty game against me.

Dislikes

Only dirty politics is over there. You wear short frock you will remain permanently in this company. No training was given.
