Team support is very good , salary gets on time product has power to grow market fast in sugercane , Onion growing area.

I don't want to talk anything against criyagen agri ,i would like to request MD sir to look at every employee ,if one can not achieved anual target that doesn't mean every time that particular employ is not working good , there may be other fault too.

.... Favoritism and bias are rampant. Culture is toxic, and management is clueless. Incentives are unrealistic and variable pay is a joke. TA/DA policy is outdated and unfair. Would not recommend to anyone.

Patented products give priority in the market.

Company internal politics. Zonal manager controls for field staff are not given 100% From H.O. staff calls to field staff . This shows no trust on mangers who handle them. Some culprits like distributor from kolhapur and Senior Marketing person from coromandel that is Ex VP KSPENCHALAIAH has ruined this company and MD didn't took action in time....KSP is responsible for ruined career of many managers like me.

Working structure is bad Some people group grow Appraisal will not given Increament will be denied by small , silly mistakes Account system is bad Technically weak employees MD Don't know his company products

People are accommodative and friendly.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Hectic travel to and from the company. Even for a manufacturing company, have a 6 day work week is not feasible and is quite exhaustive especially for people who want a balanced career with their families.
