Not much of politics. Very much different when compared with big setup companies, Since it has a very small setup (8- 10 SD headcount ) in Hyderabad . In India it's the only place the service desk operation is setup. You can very well balance your work and life.

Dislikes

Appraisal was not streamlined . Some will like the work environment & some won't, since it'll be like sitting in small hall. (I liked it). You need to learn some SAP module if it comes to Growth part( still not promised). In addition to SAP service desk.

Likes

Job security and tenure of work is good and easily cope up the work environment with teams of multi cultural backgrounds. Safety concern emphasis always in the plant.

Dislikes

my career growth is slow and management does not appreciate the value of my hard work even extending the hours of work attending client calls. Work appraisal goes unnoticed as management is always changing.
