There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Well Cris is the part of Indian Railways and I am glad that I did my internship there. The ITPI building that consists Cris is completely quality maintained. The staff here comprises of experience holder and helpful people.

No stipend, demanding 12 hours of the day while joining letter says for 8, stagnant growth after the first month, high pressure, no good mentorship, treats like a regular employee and doesn't provide attendance just to extend your internship.

The environment, the mentors and the work there is amazing. The mentors are supportive and understanding and they also help us in learning new technologies.

Dislikes

I don't really dislike this place infact i like working there. It is very easy to work there. We have a free environment over there. What i dislike about this place is that we can get into job over there only after cracking GATE exam otherwise there is no opportunity on the basis of interning over there.
