○ Worst management ever. ○ Clueless about their own database. ○ No proper training or guidance. ○ Company policy totally different than what they are. Some of the weirdest terms and conditions in company policy which looks appealing to hear but is actually a disaster.

Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.

Dislikes

The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. There is zero work/life balance, and you end up losing yourself to the incessant workload, regardless of how good you are with time management.

Only I liked the skill development and the training period. You gain moderately good time management skills.

Dislikes

... ISOs. You get tired eventually of the intense deadline-driven work environment. Be ready to face daily anxiety and losing touch with your family for meagre pay. PLEASE NEVER APPLY FOR WORK HERE. RUN AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

...u target from day one 3. Managers are empathynless, with no knowledge at all. 4. They want u to work 24/7 without overtime compensation. 5. Harshit one of the so called manager will call you anytime and at any day. 6. Forget about personal time once you join this call 7. Roshani is one of the most micromanager who don't know anyone apart from micromanament. 9. In pantry you will see mouse running here and there. 10. Management will ask u if u r away for more than 10 min 11. There is no washroom, you will need to use public toilet 12. You cannot raise ur voice as HR and management are both same 13. They will put you in trouble if u put down the paper 14. It's like Tum apni marji se aa sakte ho lekin jaa nai sakte. 15. They can terminate anyone at any time without notice 16. Management support only to favourite employee who work 24/7 17. Don't work here even if you are jobless 18. Once you leave, they will give your bad review to your new employer. Iets pray for all employees who work there.

...uilt for the Publishing Industry at a low cost as compared to their competitors. The pay scale is at par with the industry standards.

Dislikes

The product culture could improve regarding data-driven decisions and brainstorming product approaches. The company started off as a service company and recently transitioned into a tech product, so the policies should change accordingly, which was not the case. I was given a slow laptop and the managerial staff was not empathetic or flexible, which caused a bad work-life balance.
