I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Likes

Just the other people around. Some of them were thorough professionals.

Dislikes

Everything. Terrible compensation related policies. Top management are micromanagement kings. Infrastructure isn't great either. Work life balance is a concept that they just don't understand.
