Job security is good, Teammates are very helpful and supportive

...Career growth opportunities are less for a BA as proper BA work is not there, Appraisal / Increment did not happen for 2019-20 cycle, bonus + variables was reduced, leaves were made to lapse but the company has tried to compensate a little bit in 2020-21 cycle.

Work from home available but many too much workload is assigned. Serious manpower deficit. Note: Poor system for reimbursement of internet and other expenses. During lockdown multiple people were fired or asked to leave or simply forced to resign including some of the higher management.

... big gap there. If you expect to have growth in your career, do not join Crif. They appreciate employees in stagnation and working on the same package. Almost no work life balance, if your work is pending, the supervisor will ask u to work on weekends and overnights to finish work. Crif is a good company however IOO unit is completely ignored. There are good IJP available but none of them would be relevant or close to your current profile especially in IOO so there is no career growth. If you still want to join Crif, join Crif High Mark not solutions.

I am not currently receiving the option for WFH or a hybrid work culture for my current project.

Biased culture. Their strategy is to hire more and create a situation so that some of them leave themselves, otherwise they will force you to resign.

Dislikes

This organisation has a toxic work culture, no work life balance and no safety/security for women. Sexually abusive people and no one even takes a stand for you. Late night work load is too much. No one cares about your mental, physical health.
