stable job for staff.but much political culture at the staff level.

Dislikes

Ask for permission for every step. No authority is allowed as per designation. No innovation /technology adoption in industries. No extra benefit for employees like traveling, house, medical, etc.

The working environment is good. I can speak freely with MD, CEO. They're don't showing their positions. Working culture is good. They paid us full payment for 23-31.03.'20 They paid us for entire April but obviously with a small percentage diduction From May 9th we're started working with a free mediclaim for COVID-19.
