Every things was good(Except salary). Specially work culture was excellent. I will never forget the company work culture.

Dislikes

Very poor salary(15000 to 28000 rupee) provide by the organization to their engineers(TSE). And other competitor companies provide 35000 to 50000 rupee their engineers(TSE).

...nd Production management systems. 2.Oppurtunities for career growth was good. 3.Good Canteen facility and salary disbursement. 4.Transport facility available from City centre. 5. Good response from HR. 6.Work culture was average. 7.Company policies were good.

1.Worst politics by old employees at middle level management. 2.Had more Troubles in implementing TPM or Quality systems at shop floor. 3. No co-operation even from senior operator level employees. 4.I lost my interest due to worst work place politics.

Salary give every month on fix date and increment give also every year. Sales job is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is nothing, all 6 days working and month closing dates if sunday than come. No HR policy get work. Workload so high because he did not recruitment sufficient staff they want one person can do everything. Back office and opration people work is under presure all the time.
