Don't have job security If they don't have project they put you on banch and after one month they say to leave . Short notice period

It's a fraud company. They are running a scam show . They take a undisclosed share of your salary each month, reluctant to pay any bonuses and can render you mentally disturbed, and negatively affect your career

Dislikes

The lack of total empathy or human factor or even a sense of justice. They should not continue like this . The founders have zero sensibility or responsibilities. They are incapable as leaders and managers, infact probably they already know this and they are continuing to run this scamish venture to fill their pockets. I'm sure they are justifying this somehow in their heads , but all they are doing is ruining young people's lives.

1) No payment if on bench. 2) this is payroll company. 3) less job security 4) documents not providing on time. For example form 16, experience letter, relieving letter etc. 5) No work life balance.

I am working at Crewscale since last 1 month and I have learnt many dynamic working method here so far, yet to learn lots of aspects in marketing. Team manager and members are very co-operative and helpful. I am feeling much balanced in my working life with flexible working hours and enjoying the work experience. As a corporate employee for almost 2 yrs this is the place where I am having best working experience and so many things to learn, explore and utilize.
