Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1)Team Mates are worst when i was joined there only 1 developer was working. That is new product no one will give training and no will guide that Verma Manager and Bharath is tech lead those guys are worst in this world if the new joiness is came please they have to provide required documents they didn't provide anything they are giving work.if we ask anything means they told to ask that developer his name is Zuber.he is very worst guy he won't tel anything the entire team torcherd a lot that is an indian company
