Nothing as such but it give very handsome salary in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The company primarily focuses on maintenance services and doesn't offer app development to clients. As a result, you haven't had the opportunity to gain experience in building apps from scratch. Your major work will be the testing (70%) and bug solving(30%) as a software engineer, you rarely get any the development work here.

The salary is good but not worth.

This company is a startup of 2013 but it is still working as a startup only. Half of the company is occupied by freshers and rest are very less experienced people, including managers. This creates a bad working environment. Company has no good projects and is under the impact of recession. Many projects did not get renewed.

Learning and experience with MNC projects

...asically continuing discrimination and still hiding behind some stupid policies. Company has very poor implementation of benefits and zero bonus no matter how hard you work. WFH is available if you can get permission. If you are a girl, it becomes piece of cake and if you are a boy then Good luck my friend. The simple way was to have fixed WFH Count for every year allowed to you where you can take when you need as per your requirements. Instead, some people will get months of WFH and others will have to get a decent reason even for 1 or 2 day of WFH. Overall it’s a mixed bag.

Good company for Interns and freshers

Dislikes

Salary comes between 5th to 10th of every month that can be improved. Majority of the employees are interns or freshers, higher management considers everyone as a freshers that is not good.
