Most probably have to work in other technologies also irrespective of your skill sets. Transitioning from project is time taking. Can take months. My skill set was frontend and hardly I got any chance to work on it even after multiple discussion and transitioning from project also.

Learning and experience with MNC projects

...asically continuing discrimination and still hiding behind some stupid policies. Company has very poor implementation of benefits and zero bonus no matter how hard you work. WFH is available if you can get permission. If you are a girl, it becomes piece of cake and if you are a boy then Good luck my friend. The simple way was to have fixed WFH Count for every year allowed to you where you can take when you need as per your requirements. Instead, some people will get months of WFH and others will have to get a decent reason even for 1 or 2 day of WFH. Overall it’s a mixed bag.

Good company for Interns and freshers

Salary comes between 5th to 10th of every month that can be improved. Majority of the employees are interns or freshers, higher management considers everyone as a freshers that is not good.
