Crescent Power Ltd. is the sister concern of CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation), located in Asansol, Dist.- Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. The Chairman is Mr. Sanjiv Goyenka. In this location having 40 MW Power Plant, a Coal Washery and a Coal Mine named "Intrigated Coal Mining Ltd". I was The Security Officer of Crescent Power Ltd. & Coal washery also. This Coy. is very much Employee friendly and Work culture and Management is Excellent. Job is secure if you work dedicatedly and honestly. Having full freedom to work and I enjoy my service in CESC. coY. Policies is good and employee-friendly. Policies may change from time to time as per Management instruction.

...erform work as a team, conduct Internal and external Training from time to time. Promotion based on performance, salary and increment are quite handsome. Every year appraisal is conducted within time. Given LTA every year to every Employee. External Politics is much so internal is less. The work environment is good and having full opportunity to innovate some good which is helpful to Coy. Every year CESC conduct a Competition on innovation.
