Management giving same opportunity to everyone who capable enough to take opportunities. All colleagues are very goods and company has good infrastructure and excellent environment at office. Management is supportive.

Low Salary pay scale. And no appraisal whithout your request.

Seriously I swear there is nothing to like here at this work place.

...behaviour of the management with the employees. Pathetic play work for freshers. And usually they hire freshers with less salary and fool them. They will try to deduct money at any cost. They will just find a chance to deduct money. ZERO RESPECT FOR EMPLOYEES.

I left the organization before pandemic

Crescendo terminated me and asked me to work till 19th. I was OK but I wanted my documents like salary slip and form 16 and relieving letter which they did not provide me. I worked with them for 6 months and did not receive my salary slip for a single month and top of that management promised me to allow me to put down my paper instead of termination but they did not let me do that. I received my termination when I was in sick leave. I provided my hospital bills next day but I received an email back dated from HR that I m terminated. Management does not fulfill their promises and full of liars. They do not have any rights to ruin someone's career and this is what they do with everyone and you can ask any of their present or past employees

Long working hours ,employer PF amount will cut from your salary only , canteen also from salary, insurance also from salary Not good in term of benefits

I have been working for this company from the ground level and I can say with certainty that if you want to work towards your own international growth then this is the company for you. No other company allows and sponsors your international travel at least once in 2 months. Well Crescendo Worldwide does that.
