No job security. For freshers the salary is very very low they should sign 1year 6 months bond also should submit all the certificates for 1 year. What ever happens like medical emergency or heavy rain you have to show yourself in the organisation or they'll simply put LOP on you. Politics are there in all organisations, but here it plays a big role. If you want promotion don't work hard here just act like working and open the car door for the higher officials. Don't waste your time. There are lot of opportunities out of this company.

Very good and different back office process. Little tough in the beginning to understand so many different things but if you want to learn US supply chain management for all big retailers like nordstrom,saks,walmart,macy's etc then this is the best company to work with also edi is very technical and the company is very strong in edi work.

Dislikes

training can be little better but most of the work involved needs on job training and not class room training so it is okay.

Working in this company since 2016 as a Senior Business Analyst. Amazing place and Management I have grown in this company and I can say one thing for sure - if you want to build your career in a very innovative domain then this is the right place. From a associate to Senior Business Analyst in couple of years.... You can imagine the team and management support.

It's the worst company you can be associated with, they are a bunch of unprofessional people who are making people fool by telling it's a supply chain management company.. It's basically a data entry and back office call centre.. They threaten people if someone raises voice against the odd and also if someone gives negative review, they ask the present employees to write false good things to attract more innocent people and make them fool in the name of job. The HR head is the worst of first order.
