... about this organisation deserves less than this one start that I've given here. To start with joining, they delayed my joining to be after 15th of the month may be because they did not want to credit my joining month's salary in the month itself. They credit salaries for eg, for August, not in August or Sept 1st, but on Sept 15th. That is fine, because its their company policy. I m no one to question that. I joined as a telecaller for their client. The idea is great, but nobody including the CEO knew how to execute it well. Later I moved to be the Content writer. I waited for the 15th of next month to get my salary. I had to remind the CEO himself to credit my salary, because I had rent dues. I ws thrown out of my apartment because I couldnt pay the rent on time, because I received my salary late. I still continued there. The office time is till 6 pm, they purposely come to you at 5 55 for assigning you new work. My co-worker who is also a friend who was a graphic designer. He wanted to leave early once, and the clever people permitted him in the morning, but when it came to the time he had to leave, they assigned him another work. He completed that and came in to ask when his salary will be credited, because they hadnt, even after 15th of the month. They had an argument with the CEO. By evening that day, he gets a call from the HR assistant that he has been terminated, without even proper discussion or notification. Coming to my case, due to certain personal issues I had to go back home to my native place. It has been several months since I resigned, they have not yet credited my pending salary of 15 days I had worked in the last month. I called the CEO several times for this. He has not credited anything. They don't have a proper HR dept. or HR policy. The HR person is not approachable and very rude, talking with us like we are his maidservants. Their services are not transparent. Another employee was fired for going out for drinking tea.

No job security. Bad HR policy, no work-life balance, salary not on time, you have to beg for it, negative work environment, no career growth.
