Not gives salary to our employees. Cheat for good companies employees for hiring time and gives hire ctc, after 2-3 months later they fire for our employees without notice . Not gives any full and final settlement of any employee.

The work culture is good. Work stress is also less.

The salaries are very less comparable to other companies. Moreover, there is Salary disparity between seniors and juniors. Juniors are given more salary than senior. Work life balance is negligible with more than 10 hours of shifts with alternate day and night shifts.
