The company is based on Service and Installation. but only i like the controller working. experience is terrible

... i had like in Creestaa. even the HR is not stable. every month new HR is hired. so all our necessary dues (leaves, Salary, Conveyance) does not get on time. Now in field, only we have to do work and work only. no rest time, no home time, etc. Even no support from top management. this company is based on service field then to we have to pay petrol, phone bill every time. also Salary structure is not good, no mediclaim polices, also PF polices is horrible. we have to pay all the required government dues. while in interview, company commits that joining will be on roll but at the time of joining employees joined under contract person. NO joining letter is given to any one. No increment on time, if it happens, the percent is not more then 5%. This was my experience. so i left this company within 5-6 months after joining.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
