People are good, Salary on time. It's an okay starter job but not a full time thing.

Dislikes

Incentives not on time. During hiring HR will tell you 3 months, but it takes minimum 6 months to come for an individual month. If you have financial commitments then this job is not for you, because you can't depend on incentives, half of it will never come and whatever is coming that is also not on time. Getting leaves even for 3-4 days is hard.

Nothing much of like much.Just take salary have some real estate experience and see other job.

They show Unimaginable Money you could make ,but making sure you achieve Target which cannot be achieved so easily. Even if you achieve ,your incentive is not guaranteed until you get to your hands because any second they might fire you. Stress level here is to the next level high.trust me at one moment you feel ,you took wrong decision in your life. Their business model is very simple ,hire freshers get good work out of them ,don't give incentives and later fire on immediate effect.Out of the revenue generated trom the Freshers money,hire new Bunch of innocent newbies who are looking out there for job. They force you to resign even after achieving your target a month previous before your resigning. When you ask incentives later ,they would say as per company policy we are not eligible for incentives after leaving company. Feel bad for the people who unknowingly join. These type of Companies who just mint money of Poor Employees Money. A Realtime Scam Real estate business Company which is located in Indiranagar.

...loyees by giving false commitments to fulfill his own dreams of making Money. If any Employee raise voice for his pending salary or incentive, he/she gets threat of not issuing Relieving letter. Only option to get salary is to involve govt authority or legal action. Highly shameless CEO as he don't care that the employee who joining his company is having financial commitments along with professional career. Very fast is removing employees from company. You will not get single junior employee working more than year in Credvest Realty. I know after this review few good review will get posted to misguide aspired young generation for career opportunity with credvest but I request take this review seriously for you better future.........

I've been with the company for nearly 1.7 years now, and my experience as a fresher has been quite positive. Initially, under different management, the work culture was exceptional, emphasizing employee satisfaction and motivation, which made a significant impact. Another aspect I appreciated was the incredible support from managers, whether team leaders or regional heads. Their guidance has been invaluable. Lastly, what really motivated me to come to the office every day were my colleagues, who quickly became good friends.

There are several issues I've encountered during my time at this company: 1. When I was hired, I was informed that I would need to visit the site twice a week, typically on weekends. However, in reality, I've had to commute to the site three to four times a week. The site is located 30 to 40 km away from both my residence and the office, making the commute incredibly challenging. Clear communication about these expectations during the interview process would have been helpful. 2. Despite working here for approximately 1.7 years, I have not received any appraisal from the company. This lack of recognition has left many employees feeling demotivated. When inquiring about appraisals and discussing my hard work with management, it often feels like our efforts are ignored, which is disappointing and demoralizing. 3.Regarding appraisals, In the event that the company decides to grant appraisals, the increment percentage for employees typically hovers around 2% of their salary. It's worth noting that each property sale generates between 10 to 15 lakhs for the company. 4. Another significant issue is the delay in receiving incentives. It typically takes 6 to 7 months to receive incentives after they are due. Recently, I left the company after discussing my pending incentive with management, who assured me I would receive it promptly. However, it's been approximately 5 months since I left, and I still haven't received my incentive. Think before you join !

Starting from the Interview process till date, things have been smooth and easy! It's been a month and l am very happy to be the part of Credvest, as the work culture and environment is very pleasant and good. So far it's been a wonderful journey and looking forward to having a long-term relationship with Credvest.

Dislikes

It's a 6 days working job! But, it would be better if we can get off for 2 days as we need time to rest and come back to work with the same good energy.
